Balsamic Brussel Sprouts
You don’t have to drown your brussel sprouts in oil to make them yummy. Try this!
4 cups brussel sprouts, stems trimmed
1/4 cup balsamic reduction sauce
sea salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Steam brussel sprouts, whole, for 8-10 minutes, until tender but not soggy. Alternately, toss them in a light coating of oil, and roast in a 400 F oven for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and toss in the balsamic reduction. Add salt and pepper.
Serve hot.
